The HEPAC® Air Curtain features a HEPA filters and pre-filter that effectively remove airborne contaminants. This powerful air barrier provides a downward flow of ultra-clean air that isolates contaminated air on the outside, while filtering air inside the room for double protection.
From dust and bacteria to molds, pollens and other contaminants, the HEPAC Air Curtain is 99.97% efficient at removing particles down to 0.3 microns. This curtain is an important and effective first-line of defense to any cleanroom environment and meets even the strictest military, federal and health standards.
This completely self-contained unit, comprised of a blower fan, HEPA filter and pre-filter, provide an effective barrier for minimizing contamination in medical and pharmaceutical facilites, electronics assembly, laboratories, photo labs or wherever a particle-free environment is critical.
The air curtain lowers your overall cleaner maintenance costs by helping to keep your other HEPA filters clean. Filters are easy to change and accessible through the front panel; pre-filters should be changed every 3 months, and HEPA filters should be changed every three years, both are available here. Its efficient design, precise engineering and sturdy construction give you years of maintenance-free service.
