Cleanroom and Equipment Warranty
Ångstrom Technology, Ltd. extends a warranty to all purchasers of any of its products, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Term of warranty is one year, beginning on the date of delivery of the product
- Liability for defective work or material shall be confined solely to replacement or repair of defective goods. No charge for repairs will be accepted by Ångstrom Technology, Ltd. without its written consent. No returned products will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
- Liability for defects induced by misuse or abuse, incorrect operating procedures or operating equipment outside of the recommended limitations, characteristics or specifications is specifically excluded from this warranty.
- This warranty will not exceed in time or nature the warranty extended to Ångstrom Technology, Ltd. by our suppliers on items incorporated by Ångstrom Technology, Ltd. into its products.
- This warranty will cover the cost of shipment of products to Ångstrom Technology, Ltd. for repair or replacement if an RMA Number is arranged.
The thorough decontamination of all equipment exposed to biological, nuclear or other hazardous conditions is the responsiblity of the purchaser prior to its shipment to Ångstrom Technology, Ltd. for warranty related work. Should the product be serviced or repaired by Ångstrom Technlolgy, Ltd. at the purchaser's location, it is also the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the product is properly decontaminated beforehand.
In the event any product fails to conform to its specifications, Ångstrom Technlolgy's liability shall be limited to either supplying another product or refunding the full purchase price.
Any tampering with or modifications made to the equipment or parts, without the written consent of Ångstrom Technology, Ltd., voids all warranties.
NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE SET OUT ABOVE SHALL BE IMPLIED.
