Please use this cleanroom quote questionnaire to submit your specs. It's a PDF you fill out on screen and print. Then fax or mail it to us, or just save it to your computer and attach it to an e-mail.

In addition to the above questionnaire, please print this cleanroom design grid and sketch your room. This grid is 1/8 scale to accomodate your cleanroom's structural design, including doors, windows and any other structural requirements. This grid is a PDF form you print, and then sketch on. Please include this sketch with your cleanroom quote questionnaire. For e-mail, we suggest you scan it, then attach to the same e-mail as the questionniare. Alternatively, we do accept CAD drawings of your cleanroom requirements, preferrable in DWG or DXF files.

After we receive these forms from you, one of our cleanroom experts with analyze it and create your custom quote. He or she may contact you for clarification of your request, or to present options to you so we can quote your room most accurately. We're here every step of the way to ensure you get the perfect cleanroom.

Your quote will include the exact components you need, as well as installation charges if you'd like us to take care of the installation for you. However, if you choose to install the room yourself, or hire your own contractors, we'll supply detailed installation instructions with the quote, so you can see the installation process up front.
