Softwall Cleanroom Specs
- Sizes: Standard rooms are avilable in 2ft x 4ft increments, and custom sizes are available. Maximum span between posts is 16ft and maximum internal ceiling height is 16ft. Larger spans and heights are available.
- Frame Construction: Extruded aluminum alloy, with all fasteners and levelling pads provided
- Finish: White powder-baked enamel is standard, with other finishes available upon request
- Filtration: HEPA filter fans 99.99% efficient at 0.3 microns with 120 VAC single phase 60HZ power supply required
- Curtain: Anti-static PVC, conductive PVC or polyethylene; 40 mil clear standard, 60 or 80 mil strips from 6" to 12" wide in frosted or clear anti-static vinyl; many colors available for light wavelength control and UV absorbtion
- Entrance Type: Overlap, strip, sliding or hinged entry doors are available
- Lighting: 2ft x 4ft units lay in troffers with four F32-T8 lights
- Blank Panels: Vinyl faced gypsum with sealed edges
- Electrical Wiring: Site installed from light and filter-unit junction boxes. Standard fan filter units with a polarized, grounded plug and three-speed switch. Optional pre-assembled wiring harnesses available. Optional control panel for filter fan speed controls, motor fusing, lighting controls and wiring.
